Stay with us at Oak Barn on the Farm.  We have a six-occupancy barn ideal for a long stay or a short break.

It’s a perfect location for you to explore countryside and coast, with Oak Barn overlooking fields and surrounding North Norfolk countryside. The seaside resort of Cromer, the sandy beach of Mundesley are less than 20 minutes drive away and Felbrigg Hall and Gardens is closeby.

If you stay at Oak Barn, the family will get one FREE day to explore and enjoy the Wizard Maze.

Oak Barn has its own entrance and is not far from the farm and The Wizard Maze.  It’s tastefully furnished and sleeps four to six, with one double, one single and three single bedded rooms.  There’s one family bathroom, a large sitting room, and a fully equipped kitchen.  It’s ideal for families and small groups.

We take seven-night bookings over the summer season and three-night’s shoulder (March, April not including Easter, September & October) and off-peak (November, January & February) months, contact Lucy for further property details and prices.

The Farm

Hall Farm has been run by the Harrison family since 1968 and is a working farm growing a range of crops including maris otter barley for a local maltings and fresh peas and beans for a local co-operative, supplying a Norfolk frozen food company.  The farm also has several grass meadows which are grazed with Aberdeen Angus cattle in the summer. Hall Farm is part of the National Trust

JOHN AND LUCY – THE MANAGEMENT

John and Lucy, the owners of the Wizard Maze. John is a full-time farmer and Wizard Maze planner and Lucy helps John run the maze operation and the farm’s holiday let.

Lucy, a business owner in rental property brings her experience to develop the Hall Farm’s six guest occupancy holiday property as well as manage her own property portfolio.

The farm business is in for some exciting changes with new business ventures and ideas to expand the Maze events and experiences.
